Terms of Service
WTTT Systems · WTTT Health · Private Alpha
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the WTTT Health product, provided by WTTT Systems in Private Alpha to clinics that have signed a pilot agreement.
2. Access
Access is granted for pilot purposes, to a limited number of clinics and with restricted onboarding capacity. Access does not constitute a subscription or reseller relationship.
3. Intended use and scope limits
WTTT Health assists administrative reception and scheduling processes. It does not diagnose, does not interpret clinical information, and does not replace the assessment of a healthcare professional. Flow configuration and clinical responsibility remain with the contracting clinic.
4. Clinical responsibility
Every decision about a patient's care rests exclusively with the licensed professional who makes it. The system records and executes administrative decisions; it does not replace them.
5. Availability
The product is delivered in alpha with no service level commitment. No SLA, availability guarantee, or 24/7 support is offered.
6. Intellectual property
WTTT Systems retains ownership of the software, architecture and documentation. The clinic retains ownership of its data, content and configured flows.
7. Data and confidentiality
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Any clinical or administrative information accessed by the provider is handled under a confidentiality obligation.
8. Limitation of liability
Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the clinic during the pilot period.
9. Termination
Either party may end the pilot without penalty. ${site.company} will assist in deleting data as agreed.
10. Changes
WTTT Systems may update these terms during the alpha phase. The version in force is the one published at this address.
